The Liaoning Key Laboratory of Industrial Communication and Control System attaches to the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. With care and support of leadership at all levels and efforts of all researchers, this laboratory has obtained a batch of influential research achievements in applied basic research, technologies R&D, and demonstration applications of industrial communication and control systems. These research results have obtained the Excellent Scientific Achievement Prize of the National Key Technologies R&D Program of China during the 9th Five-Year Plan Period, the CAS Science and Technology Progress first prize and the National Scientific and Technology Progress second prize.
The main research directions of the laboratory include: Industrial Control Bus and Systems, Vehicle Control Bus and Systems, Industrial Wireless Communication and Wireless Sensor Networks, Industrial Communication Chip Design and Infrastructure Platform Development. The development goal of this laboratory is in dose connection with the requirements of national economic construction, national security, and social development, engaging in the research of applied basic research, technologies R&D, and demonstration applications, and making the laboratory become one of the most well-known laboratories in the world and grow to the talent base for the research and development of industrial communication and control systems.
